The Zonta Club of Iloilo City II Inc was chartered in 1990 by the
Zonta Club of Iloilo City I with 20 bonafide members.
To date its membership has reached 30+.
ZONTA is a classified service organization for executive and professional
women whose objectives are:
* to provide service at the global and local level
* to improve the legal, political, economic, educational
and professional status of women
*to work for the advancement of understanding, goodwill
and peace through a world fellowship of executives in the
business and professions
*to promote justice and universal respect for human rights
and fundamental freedoms
*to be united internationally to foster high ethical
standards to implement service programs, and to provide
mutual support and fellowship for members who serve their
communities, their nations and the universe.
